I am writing to commend Vlaz for his excellent service at our home this morning. Ten years ago Custom Aluminum installed new rain gutters, downspouts, gutter guards and a basement window and did a great job. Recently we noticed a piece of soffit, (not part of the 2014 job), had come loose on the second floor risking birds or squirrels nesting inside the eaves. After viewing the soffit, Vlaz enquired if we had an extension ladder which we did.  He helped me carry it from the garage and took it upon himself to reattach the soffit as new. He said there was no charge and declined to take any money for his efforts. We were completely surprised and delighted with the result and said we would let the company know. We will definitely recommend Custom Aluminum to others based on the work they did in 2014 and today.

Custom Aluminum provide a comprehensive and detailed quote with a very reasonable price. Custom’s crew came on site as scheduled, completed demolition, then completed the installation of the new material right away, and finished all of it in a short time. All this in the cold weather. When, a few months later, we noted a minor issue, they sent a crew out within days and completed rectifying the issue quickly and efficiently. Great job all round.
