From the very beginning, John was so helpful and communicative throughout the process, providing different design options to suit our budget, and explaining everything in detail, meeting with us on site and in office. Once we made the deposit, we were kept updated on the installation dates. Installation was done professionally by Kevin and his team. We got new soffits, eaves, gables and fascia. We are so happy with the results but especially the professionalism and support all around. Huge thanks to John and the entire team at Custom Aluminum!

Vlaz was very helpful with the situation we are experiencing with the eavestroughs and he gave me a useful suggestion to get around the problem. From what he says, I believe he wants to deliver good work for his customers so there is zero hassle for his customers after the work is done.

Right now, we have Kevin and Steve working at our home. They're int he process of repairing and replacing a roof and skylights that were damaged during a heavy snowfall. They identified some issues with the structure as it was, and made recommendations. They work quickly and expertly, as the new roof and windows are now taking shape. Not only is their workmanship top notch, but they also do a fantastic job of site clean-up at the end of each day. Great job!!

We had a great experience with this company. They replaced our windows a few years ago and the work was excellent, the installers worked cleanly and were careful to cover the floors and carpets with fabric to keep them clean. I am writing about our experience because we needed some help from them about a month ago and they were wonderful. We are very grateful.
